I'm a "glass 1/2 full" kind of guy who embraces life and enjoys it. That said I am interested in, and working on, filling my glass... and it's missing the most important constituent... a kindred and complementary spirit;)
I am a modern gentleman with old school values, family and friends are important to me... second only to my significant other. I approach life with a quiet confidence, positive attitude and a sense of humor. My interests are varied and I especially enjoy being active and adventurous. My musical interests are also varied, but I prefer to skip most rap, crap and opera. I particularly enjoy live music, especially in a relaxed setting. I also enjoy the occasional TV show or movie, especially comedies.
Friends describe me as intelligent, considerate, and witty. Self-promotion is contrary to my nature but I can add that I'm honest, sincere, trustworthy, reliable, creative, nature lover, animal lover, emotionally steady and positively passionate. I use the term "positively passionate" because from me you won't get temper tantrums, head games, deceit, drama, disrespect, or diseases.
I'm interested in meeting and making new friends though, ultimately, I am searching for the love of my life to share this grand adventure called life with. I believe communication, in addition to mutual chemistry, passion, respect and understanding are the cornerstones of a successful relationship. With the right partner life’s highlights are twice as meaningful, while the inevitable pot holes and speed bumps are less painful and successfully navigated together. And nothing is too mundane... even grocery shopping;)
With my significant other I'd enjoy spending time doing most things, including being active, affectionate and romantic: holding hands, candlelit dinners, dancing, moonlit walks, snuggling up in front of a fire or movie, massages... for a lifetime. Call me a dreamer if you want to, but I believe in love... and in the right relationship that love will grow stronger and deeper each year. I'm also a realist: Every relationship requires effort, however, in the right relationship the effort and commitment required is a pleasure... not a burden.
Nobody is perfect and I'm not looking for perfection... way too much pressure on everyone involved! We may, and likely will be, different in many ways but our core values should be similar, including being able to describe yourself as "positively passionate". I'm interested in meeting someone genuine, active, adventurous, who loves to laugh and is still able to dream. Someone who desires a great friendship, and much more with the right partner.
