I'm a real estate mortgage broker and I have operated my own company since 2002. I'm also a CPA, however I have lately been spending more of my time with my mortgage company due to the fact that interest rates are at historic lows currently. In the evening hours I play the piano. (classical and modern) If you have no interest in Chopin or Beehoven or Rachmaninoff, then I'm not the guy for you. If you have no interest in hearing a symphony concert, I'm not the guy for you. The piano is my art and is something I have worked on for years and years. I come from a musical family.
I grew up in Corona del Mar, and then to went to USC and Cal Arts. Much later I went back to school and got my CPA license. Accounting is pretty boring work for someone like me with a musical background. Accounting was just my first job after college really, and I stayed in it and expanded my skills.
I enjoy the ocean, and sailboats. I used to sail my boat to Catalina. I don't have a boat at the moment but that may change.
