I have quite the story. Starts in Vermont, leads to the military, then ends in California. Along the way I have encountered bumps in the road, disappointment and heartache. I have met people on this site, but unfortunately it has not worked out. I am not a casual dater, and hope to meet someone who is looking for a strong, loyal, and honest relationship.
Posting pictures of yourself 20 years ago at your best does not work for me. My pics are recent, so you know what you are getting from the start. I expect the same. I am also looking for someone local.....in California.....close to Irvine or Anaheim. Definitely not looking to start a relationship via email with someone from Ghana! I will not send money for your dying relative, or provide my bank account to hold the $40 million promised by your attorney who "trusts" only me!
So, the perfect match for me? Someone who understands that taking it slow is important, because that is the only way to gain trust from and for each other. Someone who understands that simply doing something for someone is what is important, and not doing it simply to expect something in return. but most importantly, someone who can like me for who I am. Not who I might have been or could be. But who I am now.
