A New York native, I flew out to San Diego for a job interview in 2005, got off the plane and thought, "it's like this all year-round? Ok, I'm stayin'." The first thing I did was buy a surf board... Now a San Diego residant, I thought, "when in Rome." Eight years later, surfing is my favorite pasttime. When I'm not in the kitchen, I'm at the beach, as I feel like it gives me piece of mind.
Being a chef, cooking to me is never a chore, in fact I love it. I'm passionate about finding new ingredients and creating something fun and delicious that has never been thought of before. Although I love cooking a nice dinner at home, one of my favorite things to do is explore new restaurants that I've never been to before.
I looking for someone who is mature, spontaneous, intelligent, attractive, loyal... but one of the most important character traits to me in a woman is a good sense of humor. If you can't laugh at yourself, you're probably not the girl for me. I love a girl who can crack a joke, and get my corky sense of humor.
I work to live, not not the other way around, and I'm looking for someone who shares my same "zest" for life. (Had to through in a little cooking term).
