I come from a strong, character-building upbringing in the Midwest but I've also lived in Georgia and now the DC area.
I DO actually love to travel and can prove it by showing pictures of my trips to Italy, Mexico, India, Dubai and London.
I enjoy cooking but to be honest, I love being cooked for...I will even help with the dishes, something I'm not incredibly fond of, but make an exception for someone willing to have me eat their food. Along with the travel comes a curiosity and interest in food- I pretty much will try anything once and don't have many foods I don't like.
Let's try something different and talk about my faults...do I have any? Oh yes, let's see...I'm not very close to my family, I've had to make my family wherever I've been, I'm a total blonde in that I do scatterbrained things a lot- in fact the other day I freaked out because I couldn't start my car or take the key out of the ignition, only to realize several minutes later that I had put it into reverse too early! Yep, that's me. And I work for a car company! Tsk tsk. I'm extremely competitive although I do my best not to be a bad sport, I clog up the drain in the shower with my hair (ick!) and I'm horrible at talking for any time at all on the phone, unless you're just that interesting.
My strong suit is generosity, integrity, and a passion for living life and loving to the fullest. I love troubleshooting and process improvement. I also love cycling, running and hot yoga. I did my first complete backbend a few weeks ago and I'm pretty proud of myself. :) oh yeah, I can appear to be a little cocky at times, but hey, why not? I'm AWESOME. ;)
Well enough about me. Let's talk about you. I love that you love to travel and try new things. You enjoy your job, have other things to talk about outside of it, and enjoy some sort of physical activity that helps keep you healthy. You respect my intelligence and independence and take me for who I am and go with it. You're funny, smart but definitely not pretentious or elitist.
Oh yeah, you like to cook and you love the fact that I'm tall (5'10" for those of you who missed it) and that I prefer wearing heels. Yep, that's right. TALL. :)
