My friends would say that I am easy going with a great sense of humor. I love to laugh and I love to make other people laugh, so I definitely appreciate being with someone that is quick to crack a smile. A day without laughter is a day wasted.
I work in finance, funding renewable energy projects (solar, wind, geothermal, etc.). I really enjoy the work as it is both intellectually stimulating and good for society. The hours can be long during the week, so on the weekends I generally want to be outside enjoying the day. Running, hiking, cycling, golf, and tennis are the most common ways I get out of the house. If the sun is out, even a walk along the bay is great. However, as the weather in SF can be less than accommodating, day trips to Marin or weekend trips to Tahoe are often on the agenda.
I enjoy going out to dinner with friends and exploring all the amazing restaurants SF has to offer. It seems that there is always a new place to try. I also like the occasional night out on the town, but I can easily stay in and enjoy a good bottle of wine.
I read quite a bit and I have a natural curiosity about the world. I love to travel and learn about the culture and history of the places I visit. That said, I also enjoy relaxing on a beach or going on an adventurous excursion. I have been to Europe many times and I just got back from Southeast Asia, so the next places on my list to visit are Argentina and New Zealand.
I am looking for someone who is happy and has a positive outlook on life. Someone who is curious about the world and is willing try new things. A girl that likes to go out and have fun, but one who can also stay in and watch a movie or read book. I would like to be with someone who likes being outdoors and has an appreciation for the beauty of nature, and someone who enjoys meaningful conversation.
I have varied interests. For example, I like going to Forty Niners and Giants games, but I also like listening to jazz, and going to museums and the theater.
