So a little bit about me: I am a very genuine woman who enjoys the simple things in life, but a desire to explore the world and find someone to do that with. I love to laugh, to joke, and to be silly. I am kinda a dork, but I am hoping in a cute way. ;) I have a bubbly personality with a very big heart. I treat others how I would want to be treated so I'm honest, compassionate, and faithful. I am a junior high teacher with a passion for making a difference in adolscents lives, even if it is just someone they can trust and has one person in the world who cares about them. It is challenging, but that is part of the fun. I am very close with my family and love spending time them. Family is really important to me, and I have been blessed with a wonderful one. I am a Christian and finding someone who has faith would be awesome.
So why match? Being a teacher, it is hard to meet men at work and living in Modesto certainly narrows your options of meeting people outside of the workplace. I am an independent girl who has a career and owns my own home, so I am ready for the next piece of the puzzle which is finding that special someone to share and explore life with. Of course most girls want a guy who has a great personality, a sense of humor, direction in life, and is attractive. Yes, I do look for those things, but it isn't a matter of checking things off a list, it's more do I have chemistry with this person, do we share the same values and want the same big things out of life, do we challenge eachother, do we make eachother better people? Does he smile at my dumb jokes or laugh when I have my blonde moments? Does he appreciate all the little things and does he get me to try new things or conquer my fears? So that kind of sums up what I am looking for and am being positive that he is out there somewhere.
