Ok…first off…I don’t look or feel my age… my pictures are all fairly recent…my career and outlook keeps me young. I find myself here because I have several friends who have had success with online dating and thought I would give it a try. I travel a lot with work, which can make it difficult to meet people. I guess that’s why online dating has become so popular for so many people. I was hoping to meet someone the organic way….through friends, family or out and about doing things I love….but that hasn’t happened so here I am….hoping to meet interesting people and go from there.
I am friendly, fun, smart, adventurous and versatile. Depending on the day..I can hangout at a cool dive bar or also dress up and have cocktail at the Ritz Carlton and people watch. I can “rough it” in nature or enjoy a fabulous five star hotel. I love being outdoors, hiking, exploring a new city. I love meeting new people and enjoy good conversation.
I'm originally from Canada, but have lived in the States for half of my life now. My Canadian personality is easy going and laid back and my American side is sexy and sassy.
I love my parents, they have been married for over 40 years and are an inspiration to me. My dad is Canadian and my mother American.
If I could have a different job I would love to be a sommelier and travel the world tasting wines. I love to eat and will try almost anything once. I love finding the best restaurants as well as finding the tastiest food truck.
I have lived in some great cities; Austin, Montreal and Chicago. I was in Austin when South by Southwest first started and I can’t believe how much the city and this festival has grown. Montreal was memorable as it has a European feel. Chicago remains one of my favorite cities, although the winters can be brutal! My blood thinned when I lived in Austin so I prefer warmer weather.
I believe in recycling, finding an alternative fuel( I just watched the documentary Who killed the electric car and Fuel) simplicity in life, drama free.
I would love to meet someone in which we equally inspire and learn from each other.
