I live a life similar to Clark Kent. I have a fairly professional career where heels, nylons and suits are the norm. But on my own time, I can throw on a pair of jeans, chuck taylors and an old concert tshirt and head off to the local dive bar to catch the Giants on TV. World Series Champions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a sense, I am a free spirit trapped in a Calvin Klein suit.
I am still looking for the career where I can go to concert after concert and get paid for it. My writing sucks, so I am not expecting a call from Rolling Stone anytime soon.
I will warn you that you will probably put on a few pounds hanging out with me cause I am a great cook. Scratch that. Actually, I am a FANTASTIC cook.
I must admit, I like a bit of a challenge -- someone who's going to push me to my limits and then pull back with a warm hug at the last minute. I love funny guys who can hold me spellbound with a story or make me laugh until I cry. I also love creativity and passion. The right man not only fascinates me but also brings out the best in me. We push each other to be the greatest people we can be. We bolster each other's egos and we leave short, thoughtful messages for each other when we're away on business trips. If you're comfortable in your own skin, have a strong sense of self and aren't afraid to expose your flaws, I'm sure we'll get along just fine.
And though I live in Sacramento, I travel constantly for my job and I am in the Bay Area most of the time and would love to meet up with peeps there too.
