I've lived in San Diego all my life, I love the beach and outdoors and going pretty much anywhere with good friends. I believe in loyalty and respect and try to do my small part to make the world a better place.
I have the best group of friends I could ask for, and can honestly say I'm at the happiest point in my life. I have a great family, live alone downtown, and am enjoying a very successful career. I'm very ambitious, goal driven, and competitive. I try to be the best at everything I do, but I'm not obsessive about it. Crossfit has become a really important part of my life, and I'm really into fitness and nutrition (I'm pretty strict with what I eat during the week, but have fun and eat what I want on the weekends). Personality wise, I pride myself on being a leader and being the first one to step up when one of my friends needs help. I'm happy to have learned early that my friends and family are my most important asset, no matter what else is going on in my career or life.
Ideally I'd like to meet someone who is positive and intelligent, and who enjoys being treated with respect and treats others the same way. Character and good values are important. I'd really like to meet someone I can go running/hiking or to the beach with, and cook awesome meals for... I have a pretty serious/focused side, but can be a total goofball at other times...So it would be great to meet someone who has an intellectual/analytical side but still knows how go out and be a little crazy once in a while! It's important to me that someone can come out and have fun with my friends, as I would also do with theirs. I'm looking for someone to share those fun, unique, memorable moments that life has to offer!
I don't rush into serious relationships right away, but I am pretty much done with the idea of casual dating just for the sake of dating. If I'm going to invest serious time with anyone, there has to be some potential there. I go out in East Village pretty much every weekend with my friends, but I am not into collecting phone numbers at bars (which is why I signed up for Match). I have a pretty strong sense of myself and what I am looking for, and would like to meet someone who's in the same place in life.
Now that I have the time to travel, I'd like someone to go on some adventures with. I've been all around Europe and hope to get back there in the next couple years.
