So, I grew up playing football, baseball, and soccer in small town Hickory, NC. I love the beach, I miss the mountains and need to plan more camping trips....it's been forever.
My college years were spent at the US Merchant Marine Academy in Long Island, NY. Lets just say it was a Federal Service Academy and not easy or very fun. I moved to Charleston shortly after graduation and haven't been back and no longer military. Charleston is pretty awesome and there is always something to do around here.
When I am not overseas for work then I am on super vacation for months at a time. So, I travel a lot for work and then for fun. I have spent time in Poland, Turkey, India, Barcelona, Venezuela, Singapore, North Korea, and some more.
I am an easy going, fun loving, free spirit kind of guy that loves my family, my great group of friends, and my dog. I have grown up with golden retrievers and just recently got another little Golden puppy in my life. He's awesome,... dog haters need not apply.
I am not sure how I feel about internet/blind dating. I imagine that it is really tough to find The one through emails, links, winks or whatever they have on here. But this definitely opens the door to meet some cool people.
Just looking for the right girl to share my life with and hopefully she is pretty cool too.
