I was born in raised in South Florida. I went to college at the University of Miami. They dropped the men's swim team after my freshman year. I then transferred to the University of Hawaii. Got my degree in communications and then went to Virginia Tech for my masters in Education. During the summers of Grad and Post Grad, I would come back home and lifeguard at Pompano and then Fort Lauderdale Beach. Not a bad way to make some entertainment money for the following year in college. I do not directly use either of my degrees.
I now run a competitive swim program in Fort Lauderdale. My job is fun and I enjoy it. I actually just transitioned to a new site with better opportunities. I get to use more of my program strategies at my new gig. I used to be a competitive swimmer growing up. I made it all the way to D1 All-American in college and Olympic Trials in 96(Senior Year in High School) and 2000. Even though I am surrounded by many people for my work, I naturally shy away from excessive attention. When I get the chance to "go out", I prefer doing it during the week. I prefer relaxed settings. The weekend would be for events, beach, or resting at home. Or maybe playing a sport for fun. I try to go to a handful of Pro Sporting events per year. My next vacation maybe to one of the Tennis Grand Slams. That would be a fun time!!
I am looking for everything and nothing. I would be looking for someone smart yet silly, serious and funny. Someone who is naughty and nice!
Having talent and a love for cooking would not be terrible. I don't cook, but If I turn on the food network I will watch for hours. It's visual crack!!
