Hi, my name is Mike and I'm an aerospace engineer. I would describe myself as a nice, funny, intelligent, and adventurous gentleman, with a bit of a wild side from time to time :). I am a very laid back and easy going person, someone who can have fun in just about any situation. I hope to find somebody who is passionate about their career no matter what it is. A good sense of humor is a must for me. I'm a very sarcastic person and I enjoy a witty sense of humor as well. I am a very active person, whether it’s exercising, playing sports or traveling. I love going out to eat and trying different restaurants but I also like to cook a lot and I have to say, I'm pretty darn good in the kitchen :), making anything from Thai to Indian. I've even made sushi before and while it did turn out good, going out for it is SO much better! I dance way better while I'm driving in the car but I have been known to wear out the dance floor at weddings. I've been to Istanbul, Paris, Cancun, and all over the U.S. but I really hope to get to Italy very soon. There is so much I'd like to see in Egypt but with everything going on there right now it's probably not the best time to go :). Also, I think it would be a lot of fun to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, any takers?
Once in a while I like to do something that stimulates the mind. I love to play sports, I play a lot of tennis and volleyball, I also like to golf and am really getting into running in 5 and 10k's. An open mind is a necessity for me, I like trying different things. I’m definitely impressed if you can speak a foreign language, especially Italian because I'm learning it right now :). I'm looking for someone who likes to get dressed up and hit an upscale place but who is also at home at a hole in the wall pub or staying home and making dinner together. I am a huge Penn State fan but if you like the Buckeyes I guess I won’t hold it against you. I've been in a few serious relationships and have learned a tremendous amount from them, both about myself and who/what I'm looking for.
