Successful real estate developer in the metro area seeking an honest and down to earth lady for hopefully a long term relationship. Would like to find a lady that is upwardly mobile, with a desire to achieve success, while delicately balancing a good life at home. I am into fine dining, live music (been playing and collecting vintage guitars since an early age), travel (will be planning a European trip this year), and weightlifting. I try not to miss important music events in Atlanta. Very much into the local music scene. I work out approximately three to four times a week for three hours at a time. Love the way it makes me feel. Very much into collecting vintage cars and Corvettes. Also collect antique furniture, paintings, rugs, etc.. Business wise, I am very driven. Mostly concentrating on developing market rate apartments and student housing in and around major universities, mainly because they are the only sectors that can still attain funding at this time. I have two wonderful sons, ages sixteen and nine. They are the light of my life! Both are wonderful, respectful young men. They are learning to work and attain goals, and that you have to earn things in life. I do have very much free time, as my oldest primarily lives with his Mother, and my youngest spends every other weekend with his Mother. It seems as though some ladies are not attracted to a man with children, but to them I would offer one question.... Wouldn't you rather be associated with a guy that has produced and nurtured two beautiful children, a guy that has custody of one, and is a primary part of his other child's life, than a guy that has no such history? My boys aren't liabilities, they are assets!
I am excited about the possibility of finding a lady with some of the same interests. Someone interested in enjoying the finer things in life. But my real goal is just to find a person that is honest and giving of herself and her time.
