Honest, Loyal, Witty, Independent, Fun-Loving, Quirky, Spontaneous, Kind-hearted, Moralistic, Passionate and Stubborn. I love change (if I could re-arrange the bathroom or kitchen, I would). Family and Friends mean the world to me. Love to cook, hate to clean! Love my teenagers almost as much as I love my dog. I love going to the beach, reading, trying all kinds of crafts and hobbies. I love to try to fix things, sometimes I don't succeed, but when I do it is very empowering. I love to start new projects, but don't finish a lot of them. I take a lot of pride in myself and the woman that I've become. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. I try to find humor in EVERYTHING. It is not because I am a psycho or sicko, it's just a coping mechanism. I tend to speak my mind, which makes me very good at back-peddling. If I make a promise I keep it. I do, however play games...backgammon, canasta (oh any kind of cards) board games, hopscotch. I don't play poker, I really suck at poker ;)
I still abide my parents rules: Make your bed before you go out, clean up after yourself, treat others as you would like to be treated, be a good person....
Favorites: My kids, the color pink, my Victrola, Joe Jackson, Chianti and Captain and Club, a good dry martini (but only one), I love tradition and different cultures (I am Irish on St. Patty's day, Mexican on Cinco de Mayo, the rest of the time I am Italian/English)
I love my French Bulldog, Gracie. Princess Gracie is the most adorable, loving, friendly pup in the world, But she is the worst guard dog in the world as she doesn't bark or bite.
I adore my children, there are times that I look at them and my heart physically skips a beat. I TRY to teach them right from wrong and I pray every night that they follow my lead (that doesn't always work, but it's the best I can do)
What am I looking for? A little of the above and a lot of different to keep life interesting.
