I moved to San Diego from Portland, Oregon 9 years ago and I love the lifestyle here. I've met met some great girls during my time in San Diego, but now I'm ready to meet the right girl and so I figured I'd give this a shot. How would I describe myself? Well, I'm honest, caring, have a good heart, I'm smart, funny, outgoing, kind, loyal, confident yet humble. I'm very spiritual and this helps me to maintain a very grateful and optimistic attitude toward life. I like to be sarcastic a lot and you've got to be too, although I do know when to stop. I've been athletic my whole life, played football in college and love to be active everyday. My degree was in Exercise and Sport Science and this area is something I'm still passionate about. I'm continually learning more about health, exercise, nutrition and finding new ways to be fit. I'm a total foodie and I love to eat! I'm always up for trying a new restaurant and I really like to cook for people when I have the time. I'm very passionate and do my best to appreciate and live every day to the fullest. I'm motivated, driven and work hard to achieve my goals and for this reason I'm successful in my career. However, my work is just a reflection of me and it doesn't define me, it's just one aspect of my life. My family and friends are incredibly important to me and I feel blessed to have such amazing people in my life. I care about them deeply and I'll do anything for them. I don't have time for narcissistic, arrogant or negative people. I choose to only be around people with solid principles, who are positive, motivated, fun loving, humble, caring, with good hearts and sharp wit.
I want to learn and grow everyday, so I'm a very good listener and always try to remain open-minded, but also like a healthy debate. I want to be in a relationship where we bring out the very best in each other, support one another in pursuing our dreams, experience new things together, learn and grow. I'm adventurous and will try anything once so just dare me and I'll do it. I really like to get out, travel, explore, go new places and make new friends, however I can also spend time together at home, watch a movie and eat pizza. I'm a guy you can feel totally confident taking with you to a work or fundraising event or we hang out with on the couch on a lazy Sunday afternoon and watch football. I'd prefer the latter, but am at ease in either situation. Whatever we do, I love taking good care of my girl, being affectionate and making her laugh.
Who would I like to meet? Basically just a totally amazing and super cool girl : ) Someone who has personality, grace and class but doesn't take herself too seriously. A bit of high maintenance is okay just not too much (Although I will admit I really like it when a girl takes great care of herself). You've got to be honest, loyal, compassionate, intelligent, fun, independent, and having a sense of humor is a must (I have a special affinity for smart asses). I'd like to be with a girl who is active, adventurous, sweet and drama free. I want to be with someone who is spiritual and has emotional intelligence. Essentially I want a cohort in crime to get into trouble with and enjoy life with. Whether we're watching a sunset at the beach, hiking in the Sierras or sitting at a Cafe in Italy it will be all that much sweeter to experience because we are doing it together. Am I very specific in the girl I'm looking for? Maybe : ) Picky? Sure : ) I know who I am, what I'll bring to the relationship and what I'm looking for, so I believe in being transparent and just putting it all out there.
