I recently graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in mechanical engineering. I currently work as an engine calibration engineer for a company that provides engines to NASCAR teams. I travel around the country to each race. Now that I've started a career, I want to find someone who wants to have fun, but at the same time is looking for something serious. I got my dream job, and every day is different. I work with drivers, crew chiefs, and everyone involved in the engineering aspect of the sport. As you could assume, I'm really into cars... building and working on them, as well as anything mechanical. Hmm.. i guess my favorite shows are Modern Marvels on History Channel, Mythbusters on Discovery Channel and anything else on those two channels. The only shows I often watch on channels other than History, Discovery, Science, etc. are House and Parks and Recreation. If you're a fan of either of these two shows I feel like we'd get along. I'm a very straight-forward person and joke around a lot, so being able to take sarcasm is a must... I'm not that great at explaining myself in a paragraph. I'm also very thifty. I grew up with a mom who was an avid "yardsaler". She's been finding expensive things people discard at yard sales and Goodwill and then reselling them for as long as I can remember. Although I'm not sure if I can eat everything Andrew Zimmern does, his show is one of my top 10 favorites. I'm a fan of almost any hoppy beer. I also don't have any tattoos. I have no interest in getting one, I feel like if I was to get one I'd know it when the time comes. I'm extremely sarcastic and absolutely hate when people purposely ask questions when they already know the answer. I grew up outside Richmond, VA I have a female orange tabby named Kitty. I got her in college from a farm family that was giving away kittens. She's 1 and a half years old. I put hot sauce on almost everything, I love spicy food.
