Bonsoir! I am Nick and friends call me "Nick at Nite", not sure why... I'm French (don't hate!) which means that if you watch a lot of Fox News, you’re not gonna like me… So what is a Frenchman doing here in L.A.? Well, lots of things... my life being here now thanks to this great work that I can't really call work, but a real passion... I mean who gets to see crappy movies for free and interview stars after? or watch that Chris Brown douchebag rehearsing at the Grammys? Yes who mention Chris Brown here?? (and now... twice!).
So doing all that is something very unique... Going to events, concerts, traveling very often, I really can't complain! And probably the best thing about all this is that it's something most people do on their free time, and I get to share it with my friends... so fair to say it's lots of fun!
Now, some random stuff that may (or may not!) be interesting:
Contrary to 99% of frenchies I actually LIKE most people, I have a phobia of needles but I got tattoos and... it hurt, I once received the most cliche text message "we need to talk about us", Borat kissed me, I LIVED 500 Days of Summer, except it was shorter, took her to Paris and... whatever! I don't like people that take 2 parking spots to park 1 car on street cleaning day, and YOU really should see that sunset in Tahiti, and I never use the “I” that often, so it’s never about me that much!
Now for the dating part:
It's something that was a little new when I moved here because, and this is the moment where you’re gonna be shocked, it’s just something we don’t do in France: yes, we don’t date! So what are we doing? Well, it's just simpler, and more about getting to know someone casually, becoming friends, hanging out, see if we laugh/share the same things and if there's more, why not try? No pressure!
So I'm looking for that cute woman to share that, and why not more. Being able to talk about anything without feeling any pressure. A positive woman who doesn't take herself too seriously and likes to laugh (who doesn't... seriously?), and for the rest... let life decides! And if you have seen every episodes of Friends (a way I learned english!), we'll get along very well!
