I never know what to write in a personal bio, so I’ll just start at the very beginning...
I was born on a pool table – the same pool table on which I was conceived – in a small, dilapidated speakeasy in the backwoods of the Louisiana bayou. I never knew my father, but then neither did my mother. But perhaps I should save the more personal details of my life for another place and time. So forget what I just said.
But seriously... Character, chemistry, and compatibility are what it comes down to in the long haul. A good sense of humor goes far with me. I like to meet a guy who isn't vogue on the outside, not vague on the inside and not afraid of the "L" word (and I don't mean "lesbian"), but also not so desperate to hear it within the first few weeks of meeting.
Having some form of faith is also important to me in a relationship. I believe it makes the bond stronger between two people.
Being surrounded by nature can be a spiritual experience for me, and there is nothing better than sharing that with someone who also experiences nature in that way.
