ME: This is my first time on a dating site (I am a victim of peer pressure and loving friends). I really don't know what to expect but if I don't find love, new friendships are just fine. I love corny jokes and animals. Sun showers followed by a rainbow are my favorite occurence. I hold a Guinness Book world record. I have a bucket list and am always willing to try new and fun experiences. Apple picking is always a good time. I like finding old letters or postcards in books. I say dorky things for the fun of it or to see people's reactions. I'm an observer of human nature. I'm a fan of banter and wit. I like puzzles, riddles, and fixing things with my hands. I give more than I take and believe in giving people their personal space. I will always try to help and do volunteer. I like to hike mountains and take plenty of pictures in the process. I am an honest and compassionate person. I still believe in old fashioned loyalty, respect, and love. I enjoy learning about people and cultures. I love to travel and learn whatever I can. If I want to learn how to do something, I will read about it and execute it. I am okay with not being #1 but I have a competitive drive in me. Although I do like and have often used the quote, "If you're not first, you're last." :-D What does that even mean?! j/k
I like asking questions and will answer pretty much anything without hesitation. I am a very passionate person and like to go all in with things. I'm not indecisive. For the most part I am pretty laid back and calm so please don't think I will be in your face with bugged out eyes and ready to repel off of the nearest building with only a rubber band and shoe lace just to see if it would work. Although, for scientific purposes, why not?! j/k I would consider it for the fun of it. :-) I am a tolerant and patient person but at the same time am beyond impatient with surprises, news or getting the job done. I am the type who would come to every one of your games and cheer you on no matter how bad you sucked. :-) I am kind of a wise but you can't get mad because it's always done with a smile. :-D
YOU: I would like someone who challenges me, is rational but believes in being passionate and following his gut when needed. Someone who enjoys trying different things, is open, and doesn't shut down. I would like someone who has no issues with fire walking one day and staying in the next, values family, is honest and respectful, as well as tolerant and patient. Respect, honesty, kindness/compassion, and loyalty are very strong traits that I embody and I would like my partner to as well. I would really like it if this person was open to trying new things and didn't dismiss the idea right away. I would like someone who is funny (very willing to be dorky with me), intelligent, charismatic, thick skinned, driven, can hold a conversation, protective, forgiving, has a nice smile and great eyes, hardworking, affectionate, respectful and self-sufficient. I am looking for someone with a big heart who believes in doing the right thing. Someone who is humble and opens the door for the elderly. Also, if you could sing, tell funny jokes, play an instrument or are really good at math, that would be a bonus. In fact, if you could lift things up and put them down while sounding like Arnold, that would be awesome. lol j/k, meat heads need not apply lol
