OK, I'll freely admit, the "midlife crisis" is my horse. Always wanted one, I have 5 acres and an abandoned barn, heck how hard could it be, right? I dutifully read a ton of books, cleared and fenced, fixed up the barn, I was ready! "Big Girl" (cut some slack, she came with that name) came into my life a year ago. What a huge part she is. I've pretty well learned how to drive her, picked up useful skills along the way. I can repair and rebuild buggy wheels now...
So, I'm looking for someone that knows horses to help me to the next level (OK, any level). Horses are such a large commitment, I think a shared interest is almost mandatory. What do I offer in return? A disarming wit, ruggedly handsome, expert buggy repair skills and how many straight guys have horses....and a cat?
My other interests include exploring anywhere and everywhere on motorcycles (I ride on to work everyday). Considerably safer than horses I might add... Oh, and a couple of antique cars to keep my free time occupied.
