Yes, I have never been married. Call me picky if you want, but I believe in finding the right person. I have been blessed with great friends and family and have never felt alone. I am independent enough to enjoy my own company which at times may be misinterpreted as disinterest, but I was raised with the opportunity to walk fields with just my dog and cat,(yes, cat following), and sometimes there is nothing better! I love board games and cards and playing sports. I am not the best athlete, but l like to be active and enjoy healthy competition! I run the Peachtree Road Race when I am in town and have 8 t-shirts to my credit. And, sorry, but you cannot beat me in ping pong. Like most, I like to travel and am a great sightseer. I will keep going until I drop! I like the beach but am not a sun worshiper. I am either reading a good book under an umbrella or paddling a kayak. I consider myself a foodie and will eat just about anything,(at least once). I am considered to be laid back, somewhat level headed, the calm in a crisis type. I have also been known to be a dancing queen so if your are a dancer...! I love my family, and my parents are on their way to celebrating their 52nd wedding anniversary!!
The right person for me would share my spirit for play and healthy competition. He would have a compasionate heart and share my faith, with an adventurous mind and willingness to try almost anything once! ;-)
