Is it possible to have a physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritually based romantic love affair with someone? I have come to simplify what I want as PIES – to connect completely on a Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual level – PIES –get it? This is why I am here on Match.Com. Let me write a bit about PIES as it relates to me.
Physically I am a very fit, active and healthy person. I am slightly under weight for someone my age and height, and I exercise daily jogging 5 miles. I do strength training and a bit of hatha yoga. Also, I do not smoke, drink or gamble.
Intellectually I have a master’s degree in health care administration. During that career I have served in many capacities from running physician offices, to being a hospital CEO and doing international consulting. I greatly enjoyed my health care experiences, and have transitioned to being a real estate developer, property manager, and living a semi-retired lifestyle.
Emotional development has been something I have worked on. I understand we make decisions based on emotions and not logic, and I have worked on becoming a well rounded emotionally available person.
Spiritually I have come to recognize I need no organized religion, but to live practical spiritual principals in life. I believe in “Live life simple and be a king.” I am a Kriya yoga practitioner meditating twice daily. I am open to anyone’s spiritual path appreciating that there is more than one way back to the Source and that eventually all roads lead Home.
