Hello, I would describe myself as an independent, intelligent, funny, and thoughtful person. I like to surround myself with positive people who enjoy life and see the good in others and can make the best of even the most challenging situations...don't want to spend time with those who will bring me down...life is too short!!! I like Mac vs. PC, I am pretty handy around the house, I'm a dog person vs. cat person (but I never dress my dogs, lol), believe in equal rights for all, and am a loyal, trusted friend.
I moved to South Florida from NY approximately 10 years ago and it was the best move I ever made ... and I only knew one person down here at the time, so that should give you some indication about my adventurous spirit! I strive to find a healthy balance between work and play and with so many fun things to do here, that's not always easy. I love spending time with friends doing whatever! Shopping with the girls, going to concerts (love local live music scene), bike riding, walking the beach, playing games (pool or poker anyone??), going to lunch/dinner with friends, dancing - all good things. Music is a love of mine and right now guitar is my obsession. YouTube is a great teacher:) I also enjoy my down time too and spend much of it with my dogs ("lolamaso"...ask me, I'll explain!!!), reading, doing home projects, etc. I'm also an active volunteer with a couple pet rescue organizations and really like to do my part in things I care about.
I am joining this website because I'd like to meet cool, honest, healthy, and fun people who I can get to know and hopefully I'll meet someone special! You never know, it could happen...
