I am not sure how to make my personality and laughter jump off this page. I have a zest for life and love to laugh, smile and have fun. I am told I have a young spirit and look much younger than my years. I enjoy being outside and soaking up the sunshine. It does not matter whether I am hiking on a trail, at the beach, walking in a park or watching a sports event. I travel often for work but still enjoy weekend jaunts to the Hill Country, the beach or even hopping in a plane and going to Vegas or a new destination.
Meeting new people, making friends and seeing where it goes are just one of the adventures each day. I find positive breeds positive and negative vibes are those I try to avoid.
I really work hard during the week and oftentimes find 55 to 60 hours of my time is at work. With that in mind I have to make the remaining time - quality time. I am not big on the bar scene and would much rather take time to see the outdoors. It may mean boating on a lake, co-piloting a single engine airplane, playing tennis, flag football, walking in the sunshine or on the beach. I really love music (excluding RAP) and try to dance (though am awful). Somehow I never got the rhythm but seem to have the soul.
I find intelligent conversation stimulating and enjoy learning. We are without a doubt a conglomeration of all our experiences. That may be a scary thought! I have a very compassionate side. I am loyal and truthful. Sometimes to a fault.
I have a bucket list a mile long and know I need to get moving on it. I want to write a book (fiction of course). Kind of scary for an accountant!! I have many destinations where I would like to travel including New Zealand and Australia. There are also many places in the US I have not seen but plan to!!!
The sunset, the sunrise, the waves on the shore and the stars are some of my very favorite things. The spring flowers and the hills are also wonderful. I can be found in jeans and shorts or dressed to the hilt for a night out. I am comfortable either way.
I am looking for a best friend, a kindred spirit and a companion. I am enough of an old school individual that I find this online dating somewhat awkward, thought convenient with my hectic schedule.
