If you ask my friends what I'm like they'd say I'm laid-back and unpretentious. They'd say I'm intelligent and intense with an off-beat sense of humor. They would regale you with stories of my adventures and mishaps that you'd find compelling and endearing. At least that's what they promised they'd say.
Seriously though, life is too important to take too seriously. Change the things you can and let everything else just happen.
There are so many wonderful things around us to be passionate about. I've got a curious mind -- I'm passionate about science, nature, how things work. I love books and shows on nature and science. I can only wrap my head around so much of the theory but it still fascinates me. I love going to natural history museums.
Everyday stuff fascinates me too. Music speaks to me and I'm always looking for something new. If I'm tired you can really get me going about philosophy. I just got a new beach cruiser so I can ride on the beach or just around the neighborhood. I'm passionate about my career too but I make a point to try to leave it at the office (mostly).
So what kind of woman fascinates me? Someone who's intelligent and curious and attractive. Someone who is her own person and can balance her life with the time she spends with me. Someone who smiles when she sees me, and no matter how serious we get, doesn't take herself (or me) too seriously.
I'd like to explore someplace new on a date. A place with interesting shops and restaurants or museums and gardens. A place we can talk and discover each other as we explore. And who knows? Before long my friends will be saying disarmingly flattering things about you too.
