My mom thinks I'm a great catch! She also tells me I am special...
I want to experience as much of life as possible. I've done a lot of traveling, but my need to explore still hasn't quite been fulfilled. I would like to go skydiving, swim with sharks, and learn to box. I'm adventurous, but I hate roller coasters and am terrified of heights. My other fear? Spiders, but three months in Tanzania got me over that. To the point where I started naming the spiders that came into the barn in the winter. Charlotte and Wilbur, just in case you were wondering.
My father describes me as "feisty" at times, my mother describes me as happy 99.9% of the time, no matter what I am doing. Clients of mine have described me as exceptionally wise, patient, rational and level-headed. Others in the industry have commented on my poise and manners. Close friends know I get sassy when you try to smack talk with me, but usually its all in good fun. I'm not afraid to stand up for what I believe in, and I am a very passionate person. Other friends have described me as "Funny, smart, sweet, good conversationalist; Fun, light hearted, hard working, kind, spontaneous; good looking, stubborn; Energetic, willing to try new stuff, loves the outdoors; An outgoing, up for anything kinda gal with a penchant for animals and a good time! Always looking for the bright side and always willing to go the extra mile for a friend; Confident and intelligent." Yup, I asked my friends since I was, like everyone else, a bit stumped as to what to write. Most common thing everyone said was fun. Can't complain there!
I'm extremely driven and ambitious in my professional life, but in the rest of my life I like to kept things lighthearted and fun, and that's the kind of person I want to be with. I enjoy having deep conversation when there is a connection, but for me the best part of a relationship is the laughter shared. As for what else I'm looking for? Well, I have a type, but I never end up actually dating my type, which is probably a good thing. I like to remain open-minded, some of the best trips in life come when you make a wrong turn. I'm not interested in casual flings, but my biological clock isn't ticking either. I just don't see things that have a foreseeable end as having a point.
I love doing things like going bowling, playing Uno, going to county fairs and coming home with big stuffed animals, going to places like GameWorks and playing Daytona 500 or that basketball game (which I rock at), going to the zoo... you get the picture. I'm a total dork.I'm obsessed with looking things up on Wiki. Random things, like where Twinkies come from (although there is a whole book about them, might be a better place to look). I love to read and learn . I hate movies like Blood Diamond because they make me cry but at the same time I love them. And I love the rain, especially when its a hot summer rain and the sun is shining but it is still pouring out!
Major bonus points for anyone who knows what movie that quote up top is from. If you don't, I'm inclined to say you are un-American, yet I know its probably because I'm a nerd and am the only one who gets it (its ok, I'm used to that).
