I'm extroverted and love meeting people and learning about their lives. You never know what makes a person tick or what journey they have gone through to get where they are today. At the same time I don't need to be with people all of the time...I'm just as comfortable doing things alone.
I'm from NJ, but I moved to RI post college. I was in Newport for 10 years and I had an opportunity with work to move to NYC. I'm happy to be closer to my family and to reconnect with friends I haven't seen in a long time. Things in RI were getting a bit stagnant for me and I definitely needed a change. I feel like I've been sheltered for the past 10 years, RI is fantastic but a bit behind the times.
My friends would describe me as: witty, confident, thoughtful, creative, healthy, independent, up for anything, organized (so organized they make fun of me for it!), and funny.
I like being physically fit. I run a lot and I like to try new classes at the gym. I get bored at the gym doing the same routine every day. I enjoy keeping my body surprised and I'm also competitive. Waking up sore is always worth it!
My Ideal Match:
A man that is confident and happy with himself. I would hope he is comfortable in his skin and what he has to offer, extroverted, able to hold conversations with a variety of people, and of course funny. Funny is non-negotiable! I mean he doesn't have to be a stand up comedian, but keep me smiling. I enjoy some sarcastic banter, it keeps things upbeat. An athletic "guys-guy" but knows how to treat a woman and plan a good date. I hope he is someone that can get active and have some fun with!
