You will catch me smiling often and I believe that happiness is a choice we make each day. I choose happiness. I am less inclined to believe in coincidence anymore. I do entertain the notion that things happen for a reason and that we unconsciously lead ourselves in the direction we must go. Control is the biggest myth.
My life is blessed richly with family, close friends and my passion, writing. I am an honest person and will shoot straight from the hip if we meet. I don't subscribe to playing games or being passive/aggressive. Kindness and compassion go a long, long way in this world. I try to live this philosophy and look for that inherent characteristic in others.
What will catch my attention? A man with pure integrity...someone who does what he says he'll do, who will make time for love in his life, who wants to live and not merely talk about it. I'll also be drawn to witty conversation (not sarcasm... there's a difference), handsome, smiling eyes and expressive hands. If you love animals, that's moving in the right direction. If you love independence in a woman, we're on a roll. If you can handle someone who is kind, sexy, intelligent, goofy, silly and serious, then we might strike up a conversation. And if you're secure, but not boastful, settled, but willing to venture, seeking, but haven't yet found....oh dear. We may be on to something...
