I'll put all the adjectives out front - fun, intelligent, passionate, high energy, low maintenance, financially secure, sappy romantic and grounded. Doesn't sound possible, does it? Really, I swear...you're just as likely to find me in yoga pants and a tank top as you are in a dress and high heels. I'm as comfortable at the symphony as I am cuddled on the couch watching a movie or camping by a lake. (Make that a warm weather camping trip; I'm not a big fan of the cold. Better yet, a beach in the summer with a fruity drink and umbrella.) I love dancing, the movies, plays, outdoor activities, the beach, hanging out....you get the idea. Regardless of the activity, the person and connection between us is the important thing.
My life is filled with people with positive energy who enjoy life. It makes life more interesting and less stressful - drama is for the movies or TV. I have a lot of wonderful friends and am very close to my family and two daughters. Although, I'm happily single, I would like to find someone to be happily involved with. I'm a psychical person and like to touch and be touched. A little PDA - holding hands, hugs and kisses - never killed anyone. It's important to let the person you are with know you are attracted to them and not just in the bedroom. I'm a planner but try not to stress about things I cannot control and let things work themselves out like they are meant to. I like to have fun and find the silver lining in everything. Balance in life is the key to happiness, whether in work or love.
I'm loyal to family, friends and loved ones. Having someone who values those aspects of life is important. I treat others as I want to be treated - kindly, openly, honestly, and straight forward. If it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander.
For the 20/30-somethings, yes - those are current pictures, yes - I really am 47, no - I don't date younger men. But my ego thanks you for the note. : )
