A great catch here... and modest too.
Previous feedback about me: "sweet" "unique" "great kisser" "endearing". Shoot, even my ex's still have great things to say about me... well most of them anyway ;)
Winston Churchill was quoted as saying, "Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm."
Most of us are on here because we've had a failed relationship or two... or ten. But how many of us have maintained the enthusiasm to find "the one" that we can encounter success with? If you still have it, why haven't you messaged me yet? ;)
I moved away from SLC when I was 16 and eventually ended up joining the Navy. It?s been an adventure, but that chapter is at an end, and I?m finally moving back home to SLC to complete some important goals of mine.
Yes, I'm goal oriented and driven, but by no means high strung. I'm very easy to get along with, hate to argue, and love affection. I consider myself a gentleman and believe that there is a fine line between being chivalrous and being creepy... the line is drawn by you women though, so we as men remain clueless as to what you really want... but some of us still try, haha. (Imagine that... we can't read minds, haha)
I take good care of myself, TRY to eat healthy, and exercise regularly. Fitness is an important part of life that far too many people neglect... I believe that if you take care of your body now, it will take care of you later. Which is the main reason I've chosen the career path that I have. While fitness is important to me, I'm no meat head and it is not my sole focus in life. I believe that to achieve true happiness you must maintain balance in your life in four areas, which are: Mental - gaining a strong mind through continuous learning. Physical - taking care of your body through diet and exercise, as well as abstaining from harmful substances. Social - maintaining strong, healthy relationships with family, friends, and loved ones. Spiritual - being connected to a larger reality, yielding a more comprehensive self.
I am LDS, and my momma is USUALLY proud of me ;) Moving away from Utah has been one of the best things for me spiritually. I've seen so many friends and loved ones fall away from the church, and realize that most of them fall away because of the judgement of others. I'm a firm believer that your beliefs don't make you a better person, but that your behavior does. I've dated some amazing girls that weren't LDS, and I've dated some LDS girls that weren't amazing, haha. So don't expect judgement from me, I'm as imperfect as anybody else on here.
Like I said I'm moving back to Salt Lake, and am looking forward to what it has to offer. I should be up there before May 2013, so keep an eye out ;)
