Basically, I find ways to help agents be friendlier and more helpful on their reservation calls. I have an adorable yorkie poodle mix dog Tabitha who is the dog version of me: fun loving, energetic, spontaneous, and always smiling! I love speaking French, seeing independent films, and just relaxing on the beach with friends.
