I could be the man that really cares about you. The one that would be loyal, loving and nice if you let me be. That is what I want to give someone and what I want in return. I know many people on here say that is what they want, but then they aren't willing to give those things themselves. But I am. You just have to give me the chance.
I'm a kid at heart. I'm laid back, intelligent and I dedicate myself to things.
I'm looking for someone also laid back, that wants to relax and have fun. I'm a creative person and I'd love someone that can join in on a creative endeavor like writing a novel (like I've always wanted to do) or short stories or something like that. I have wanted to write since before I could read. I've always wanted to create a world that someone could move into temporarily. It's a difficult endeavor though and I've been super critical of myself regarding it. Every time the next day I read what I have written and I'm not happy with it, so I start over. I'm also looking for that great idea for either something sci-fi or horror or some mix of both.
My creative side has always been there and instead of writing it morphed into playing music at age 14 until about 25. I played in a band that made a record and I think we were really good. But it was a terrible career choice and I am happy having a good job now. So I'm back to the writing as a hobby and having a real job.
What I am looking for is a woman that is easygoing, funny, and actually wants to be happy. I find that so many people don't really want to be happy. They want drama and reasons to complain. I'm too old for that. I say appreciate the things you have because someday those things will be gone.
Yes I've put on quite a bit of weight and lost most of my hair. What can I say about it? Well I could've at least smiled in my photo right? I'm never good at smiling on queue. I smile quite a bit in person. I find the absurdity of life hilarious. But put a camera to my face and watch me become super serious.
Music is very important to me, mostly alternative. I think the 90s were a high point, but like everyone else you can't deny the Beatles. Some of my favorite bands include Muse, Smashing Pumpkins, Pink Floyd, Tool, A Perfect Circle, and the Shins to name a few.
