I am an outgoing person, always looking for new challenges or projects. I just moved back to Cleveland to attend graduate school in the medical field as well as work in research part time. I used to work in scientific research at Children's Hospital in Boston and loved doing it. I am a very goal orientated person, with the plan to attend medical school in the next few years. Medicine is one of my passions, along with volunteering, reading, traveling and animals. I am certified as an EMT, so if you ever get hurt, I can make you better ;)
I love to travel, especially to places I have never been. I had the chance in college to take a semester and spend 3 months living in Southern India while working at a hospital. That experience has probably shaped the person I am today. Along with most of India, I have traveled to western Europe, Costa Rica, New Zealand, the touristy parts of Mexico, a lot of islands in the caribbean, Canada and quite a few states. My last major trip was to Rwanda for the second time on a medical mission. I loved Africa and am hoping to go back to various other countries the next time I fly over.
As for what my "perfect match" is: I am looking for a man who is as equally passionate and adventurous as I am. One who has interests that he could talk endlessly about but they do not necessarily have to be the same as mine, diversity is always welcomed and makes things a little bit interesting. I also like men who have goals in mind for the future, but at the same time are flexible with their day. Humor is always a good thing, along with a large heart. Also, I am more of an optimistic person and would like someone who has a similar view of the world. After a long day at school and work, I love to just get in sweats and cuddle, but at the same time, I don't mind going out and grabbing a drink or dinner on a beautiful night.
I don't have an idealized vision of a person I want to date because everyone is different. Personality is a major factor, but attraction must exist too. If it doesn't work out dating, I am always up for being friends :) I have never done the whole online dating thing, so I probably won't be my usual outgoing self at first.
