My friends would describe me as up-beat, motivated and funny. I was raised with a family focus mentality, and happen to have a pretty fantastic family to boot.
I'm by no means a girly girl but I can get dolled up. I love sports but am not a huge fan of the gym. I snowboard, golf, windsurf, and play on softball leagues. I have a golden retriever, Tucker, he's pretty great so I hope you like dogs.
I love to travel and have been to a number of great place!
I graduated with a MA degree in archaeology and have gotten the opportunities to uncover prehistoric arrowheads and historical artifacts in Northern America, assisted in excavations in Central America, (Guatemala/Belize); and for two full summers I lived on a boat in Cyprus and mapped an underwater shipwreck from the turn of the century using GSI. I have had some great adventures with archaeology but I was away a lot, and missed out on many family/friends functions.
I went back to school and became a RN, presently I work in a hospital setting in Northern NJ. I enjoy where I work and what I do; I'm very happy to be back in the area where I grew up and close by to my friends and family.
I try to keep life upbeat interesting!
