About me? This isn't my strength, but I'm ok with that. I'm not likely to be what you're expecting. I don't do clubs (unless it's a special occasion and I can get out before it gets unruly), I don't have a gaggle of friends that I call daily to gossip with. I don't have a closet full of shoes, or bags, or a bathroom full of makeup.
Enough of what I'm not, now for what I am. I am, extremely loyal, especially to friends and family. None of my friendships are superficial, and I like it that way. I am motivated, and dedicated, and honest (don't stop reading, I swear I felt like I had to include the usual things because I believe they are true!). I love to be outside, especially if it involves planting, fishing, or the beach. Wait, that's not right. I love to be outside when it's WARM, I absolutely hate the cold, but I'll tolerate it when necessary. I like to open the windows in the house, and I like to roll the windows down in the car. I can rock a dress like anyone else, but I'm more likely to wake up and throw on jeans, or shorts, something that allows me to be active and engaged in whatever the day allows me to do.
I have no children, but I do have animals. I adore them, and absolutely will not tolerate anyone who treats them poorly.
I watch some TV, but not anything that requires me to watch every week, since my schedule forces me to miss every other week. I love to read, and am content to be in a quiet house, or outside reading. I like comfortable silences, I like it when the door is opened for me, not because I'm so frail that I can't do it myself, but because of the thought required to open it.
I don't exercise on a schedule, and I don't obsess over what I eat. I'm lucky enough that my career allows me to stay pretty fit without putting in a lot of time outside of work, and my metabolism allows me to eat what I'd like. It just so happens my eating habits and preferences lean more to the healthy side...with the exception of sugar.
