About me...I love to run and run often. I also cross-fit and go to the gym 3-5 times a week. Looking to move into cycling to save a little wear and tear :), changing things up a bit.

I've been with the same company 18 years, financially secure, and love to travel. Northern Cal area is an awesome place to live as you are close to everything. I always have a smile and a glass full (not just half) type person. Why sweat the small stuff, right? I can go from a mud run to a suit in seconds flat…hah, but enjoy the game at any sports pub! Passionate in everything I do and typically wear my heart on my sleeve. Grounded and live life to the fullest every day!!
