47 and realizing that being on my own is not really where the magic is. However, I've done that for a long time and have a great time entertaining myself. The key in this life is having a great relationship with yourself, FIRST. I've always felt that if you don't have that, then you have a lot of work to do yet. If you like who you are, you will always have fun somehow. I live in a beautiful environment and the government does not contribute to it! I am NOT "broke," soaked in debt and the like. I live very well, eat in a diciplined manner and make taking great care of my health and fitness goals top priority. I'm fit and have been for many years. I'm not balding and wondering how to burn off the love handles. By the way, dark chocolate and apples are mandatory every day! Often more than once! ;-) I don't have a conventional "job" of sorts nor am I losing sleep over it. Fortunately nothing in my life depends on it! I have political views that are both conservative and liberal. It's a mix. I will say that a woman has a right to make whatever choices she wishes with her body and it is NOT the government's business. Politicians who think it is are "unwell" and should not be trusted! I follow, the the issues of the day rather carefully. I think BOTH the "left" and the "right" in the political world have made a tragic mess out of this country and there seems to be no end in sight. I am convinced to my core that in a relationship, it's a fifty fifty deal. Both have equal say and value. There are things that a great woman knows that no man can possibly understand, although men sometimes think they understand better than they do! There are things that a woman can show me about myself that I cannot learn alone. I'm lucky.......I have the humility to accept that. I secretly like it, but don't tell anyone! I grew up here in Beverly Hills and I've seen a lot of nonsense. You have too. Men that are so called "players" or "ladies men" are weak and simply do not have the fortitude to really let it roll with one person. That is just how it is. Many of them are doomed to never knowing anything about true love and what fun that is! I'm looking for you IF you are one who can just be who you are, and know that you you can talk to me about anything in your life and it's safe. However, if you are currently running from the law, then you probably should be dealing with that instead of me! If you smoke, drink too much or have any issues with drugs, just know in advance, we are not suited for each other.
