I'm pleased with my life to a degree of happiness, and I seek unhappy, moody people like a whaler a Greenpeace ship. If you have that joie de vivre, it beautifies like nothing else.

My daytime corporate gig is with SolarCity, a solar energy company (though I’m not a huge greenie) and I also work at Mt. Wilson astronomical observatory some nights. I have a wide array of interests and hobbies and most likely will find yours intriguing too; I can handle any topic and find it interesting, even if it’s your laundry habits (at least the 1st time!). I don’t follow sports...

- If a person clicks with you, laughter, humor and joy naturally follows. Romance too. If not, Verne Troyer has a better chance of making it in NBA than that encounter working out.
-I once met an elderly lady who told me that when she was young, her girlfriends went nuts over Beatles. They cried, screamed, obsessed over them, and how she thought that while the band made some nice music, she couldn’t see herself acting that way over them, or anyone. I like that.
- Intelligence is an aphrodisiac. If you love talking deep and scholarly, great; I’m educated and read my share of books. BUT, intelligence or education doesn't equal wisdom. If you have common sense, that's what counts.
- I do appreciate professional achievements, but much more than that: niceness, good character, even temper.
- I’m not looking for a perfect girl, nor a girl who is looking for perfection.
- I look like my pictures and act like I write (warmer and softer, actually). I can’t tell how pleasant it is when that favor is returned.
- Of course, picking the tab is the guy's duty, pardon for the sexism!
I hope to find a nice gal here. I’m not scared of commitment. Falling in love can't be planned and there's a fair number of variables between an attractive profile and a relationship, but you give it a shot; I'm very genuine about that. Let's see how it goes, I'm open to what might develop!
