I've been very blessed in my family with my sons. I have 2 awesome sons, BMOC's.
I love my life, I believe I am exactly who I am trying to be, which is a great feeling, finally!
I sell real estate in the SF Monterey Bay areas, and love it. I'm by referral only so rarely have clients who are unknown to me, which I appreciate totally!!
Now, new to the single life
I'm just now catching up on all the fun places adults go,
Have yet to go to Vegas, I do Tahoe once a month,
So Vegas isn't too far off, Oh oh~
I love to entertain and seem to do it quite often,
I love to cook, pretty good at it, they say, I have to agree. (Heehee)

OK, the type of man I know I'll meet someday;
I've always been attracted to a Very Intelligent and Extremely Confident Men, I like a man that has high Integrity in Family and in Business, Loyalty goes w/o saying, a great guy but not a push over. An old fashion guy, BUT with today's know how. A manly man, I want him to be confident in owning what he's done and said. Know where he's going, and appreciate and learn from where he has been. Good badd. Sometimes there's a little good in being badd LOL Just Own It~
A True man, One who has ambitions and goals, One who plans for the future, but living fully in today.
I'd never see myself dating a couch potatoe. No way. Slackers need not attempt.......
Obviously, the physical attraction has to be there, But it is a 2nd to the integrity, confident and intelligent factors.
Enough on the brain, let's talk initial sighting;
Gotta be Sexy or not a good fit, (as bad as this does sound), **as it should be somewhat important to you also!
Another "must have" w/me is; I need that "Lust factor", from the first moment we meet. I don't mean as soon as we lay eyes on each other I'm looking to get busy, Oh no~You know what I'm talking about, we all know when we meet someone, when we get that Mmmmm feeling, Seriously, why pretend? I don't have a lot of expendable time nowadays, and even less to pursue romance-if I may? So, I won't waste anyone's time from the get go. I'm not one to be a serial dater,
But I do meet many people daily and honestly have yet to want to be swept, (obviously or I wouldn't be on here eh?)
And honestly I have plenty of awesome friends, I don't date just to date.
I do have to have that "all that " feeling, (Feeling`boys~ we don't have to have "all that", just the feeling is good at first, haha)
I believe everyone should date this way. Terrible eh? Oh well, I'm honest at Minimum.
Another very important quality in a man is the love of sports, OMG I can't emphasis that enough, ***Please read it again.
My sons I go to many NBA NHL games, w/a few NFL & MLB games thrown in there. (Luv my Hockey! I'm Canadian)
We never miss the NBA AllStar Game no matter where it is. Love the little shows-offs. So I'm not too interested in meeting a guy who doesn't enjoy at least some sport. If you're not into Sports, seriously guy? I did mention Manly Man, eh?
I love that Intelligent Sexy Man but Sports is a Must Have!! Both maybe my Perfect Match!
I hope to be going to most sporting events I can and would love to do that w/a special guy.
