I find strong, confident, ambitious men to be extremely attractive. I go for the leader type. Someone I know I can depend upon but who wont take my independence. I'm the kind of woman who believes relationships take work but shouldn't be work. They should be what recharges you each day, a refuge, a sanctuary. I want a friend and a lover. I want someone who lifts me up and allows me to do the same. I wont mother you, but I will take care of your needs if you take care of mine.I wont just be there when things are smooth, but I will tough out rough patches if I know that you'll be there for me as well. I believe in giving 100%, so if we are dating, I'm only going to date you so I can see if we have what it takes to make it.
Here's what my last boyfriend said, " you are awesome, good, better, best, you will make someone a great wife.". Thing is, I wasn't thinking that far ahead, I was just trying to be a great girlfriend. I'm not quite sure how I could be so awesome but not awesome enough for him, so please don't ask me what happened, I have no idea and I'm not going to waste time trying to figure it out. What it came down to is that I'm the forever girl, not the for now girl and he wasn't ready for more than for now. So all I ask is that you know what you want and communicate it to me.
