Hi, this profile is from when I tried Match in San Diego. Now I'm moving to Houston in late January, 2013. Currently my Match subscription is set to expire Jan 15, but if I connect with a nice lady in the next three days, who knows, I may keep the subscription going a little longer! I will be arriving in Houston on Jan 23 to look for an apartment.
Some interesting and random things about me: I've lived in 9 states, but I like CA/ San Diego the best! I don’t watch much TV but can get hooked on a good show (Breaking Bad at the moment). I try to eat all organic and pescetarian. I've done a lot of backpacking including 1,000 miles of the AT; I've managed the largest tax court case ever; I've been to Paris three times but I've never seen what you’d expect (all business trips...sad). I have some early stage plans for more international travel (Vietnam, Sweden, Switzerland, and Mexico) in 2013. I exercise almost everyday and recently I'm really into cycling, spinning, kayaking, and SUP. I'm also taking surfing lessons and catching a wave here and there.
I’m looking to meet a woman who has learned to enjoy life and who is a happy person. I believe friendship and chemistry are the most important aspects of a relationship. I’m attracted to women who live healthy lives and take care of themselves. Beyond that the biggest turn on for me is intelligence.
I’m passionate about trying new things and there are very few "extreme" things like hang gliding remaining on my bucket list. I spend most of my weekends exploring and having fun. I enjoy running and plan to do an ultramarathon in 2013. I have run two marathons, and scores of other “fun” races. I enjoy yoga, both regular and Bikram; I recently did my first headstand and “wheel.”
I’m easy going, friendly, optimistic, and a very happy person. I believe in karma and positive thoughts. I’m grateful for everything in my life, and I always count my blessings and thank others. I believe if you want something in life you have to make it happen.
My friends would say I am honest, thoughtful, kind, and a very dependable person. When I say something I do it.
I spend almost all of my free time on the coast and in neighborhoods closer to downtown.
