I came to California as a Travel ER Nurse with no intent of staying. Almost 4 years later, there are few places I'd rather live. My career is very rewarding, stable and has offered me many opportunities. However, enjoying life outside of gainful employment with family and friends is just as important. I'm reminded daily that life's short and needs to be lived not wasted. I'd describe myself as an adventurist with a touch of class clown... running through life laughing is a lot easier than stressing the small stuff. Being an ER Nurse at times can be hectic however the rewards and my work schedule can't be beat! My dog Sierra and I can usually be found in the mountains, at the beach, on random road trips or watching the game with friends. When I am at home I'm usually in the kitchen flexing a bit of culinary muscle (no Emeril but can get the job done). Family is also very important, so I take the time to visit the east coast whenever possible. My ideal match is someone who enjoys life, appreciates laughter, is a genuine and beautiful person INSIDE and isn't turned off by someone who likes opening doors for women and helping little old ladies down the stairs. You're open to trying new things at least once (prior Fear Factor experience not required) traveling and not afraid of a little adventure. Family and friends should also be important to you, no matter how quirky they may be;) So if you're still reading give me a shout.
