I like simple pleasures like exploring, learning, excercising outside, working with my hands, creating and enjoying other people's creations. I would like to think I have a broad taste and an open mind.
I am sorry for starting so many sentences with "I". It sounds so ugly, but this is me pitching myself, so please understand that.
So, let's talk about what I'm in the market for. I am attracted to kindness maybe most of all. Smartness, because it provides so many resources for a rich life. A great value system lasts all life long. It keeps someone on the right path. Materialists and self-centered people don't understand how to enjoy life, I believe. I like the city and nature. I need that from a woman, or at least I need her to let me escape to the sticks from time to time.
I'm not into watching sports often. I like to work with my hands and mind to create. I like to go out to dinner or cook at home, sharing life and a bottle of wine. I love live music in small venues, discovering a beautiful trail, the feeling after working out, a peaceful walk, a night by a campfire under a meteor shower, hugging my family after not seeing them for months. Simple pleasures.
