I was born and raised in Colorado, therefore I love the outdoors like every other human being on this site! I also have other interests besides the obligatory Colorado-outdoorsy type of interests: I am a voracious reader, love going to the movies, and enjoy cooking (and have been told I am pretty good at it!). In the winter, you will probably find me either on the slopes, or cozy under a blanket reading. In the summer, I like to hike and have recently found I enjoy running races. I love potatoes, and whiskey and wine. Don't judge me - it’s my Irish heritage.
I love going to sporting events. I get to a few Nuggets and Rockies games every year and almost never miss a Broncos game (on TV)! I have a really cool sports bar down the street from me where I watch a lot of games.
I think that it is nice to have some things in common, but honestly I am not entirely sure how important it is to have a ton of things in common - I think chemistry and a willingness to work together and compromise are more important.
But you should probably at least have a basic appreciation for the Denver Broncos. Because seriously, how can you not??
