I'm Lissa--a silly, outgoing, always down for a good time type of girl. (No, it is not "Lisa" spelled wrong; it's pronounced as "Melissa" without the "Me.") I have a big personality and an even bigger sense of humor--I love laughing all the time. I like the typical tall, dark, and handsome, but looks are only skin-deep, right? Pretty fades, but stupidity lasts a lifetime. A pretty face isn't going to do it for me; intelligence is a must. I don't need a rocket scientist (although I don't discriminate!!), but wittiness is appreciated. A good sense of humor is another MUST! Self-depricating humor is more my style. Banter is a regular form of entertainment in my eyes.
I teach 3rd grade. Teaching is definitely my passion in life and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I adore dogs even more than children! I have two bulldogs that my world revolves around. If you are not a dog-lover (or tend to prefer small rodant-like dogs, i.e., Chihuahuas), I regret to inform you that reading this has been a total waste of your two precious minutes. The whole bar scene phase of my life was fun but is very over. I consider myself a homebody/crazy dog lady these days. I care to think that I'm pretty open-minded; however, I refuse to date convicted felons at this point in time. A guy with a positive attitude, a strong sense of loyalty, a wicked sense of humor, and an open mind is my ideal kind of guy.
