I am a mother of 2 precious girls, 3 and 8, and very recently divorced from a 12 year marriage. Although the divorce is very fresh, the marriage had been over for a while so there will be no rebound issues or "not over my ex" issues I assure you. On line dating was kind of weird last time I dated but I am going to have an open mind. I am a teacher and love children . . .but I also love my kid free time! I am a great friend and have a huge heart. I was very adventurous in my 20's but most of my 30's have been spent on having children and being a mom. Now that I am starting a new chapter in my life, I am ready to get out a lot more. I am looking for someone who is confident and fun to be with. Someone who likes to go out and socialize but also enjoys a quiet evening at home. . .although with my 3 year old, nights at home are not very quiet. =) I am more attracted to personality than looks which makes this on line thing a bit more challenging. If you are already a dad then that is a bonus because you will understand what its like to be a parent. I am very laid back and easy going. I do not think I could handle a type A personality. Although I do like nice things in life, I am not obsessed with shopping and jewelry like most girls are. I would rather wear tennis shoes and Nike shorts than heels and a dress. I am very responsible and have always worked and supported myself but I have a wild and spontaneous side as well.
