June 2012 update: I'm moving away from California for a grad program, so while I'm keeping my Match profile, I'm not interested in anything serious for a very long time. Considering I am working full time, going to school full time, and applying for grad school I'm extremely busy. I go weeks without logging in here, so if you don't get a response, it's probably just because I have a billion other things on my mind. Goodday!
I appreciate hard work and brutal honesty. I've been told by friends and co-workers that I'm one of the rare people that doesn't do things for money, but on principle of whatever it is being a positive thing. I always want to build people up, and never put anyone down no matter who they are. I have a lot of faith in people even though I've seen some pretty bad apples. I am extremely social, often described as a "free spirit" and I'll make new friends wherever I go, but I don't force it. Making a connection with someone makes me feel good inside, even if it's just a 3 minute conversation. I'm passionate about living life to the fullest, and not letting the little things get me down. I want to attract someone who is like me in that way - who is spontaneous and has spunk and isn't willing to succumb to the mundane or get stuck in routine.
I've lived abroad twice, and backpacked extensively throughout the middle east, guatemala and a lil bit o mexico. my next travel adventure will take me to Colombia in December 2012.
