I went to school in DC, and moved to this area after I graduated when I started working in the city as a cardiac nurse. I did that for awhile but I was getting burned out, so now I work as a NICU nurse and absolutely love it. I work a pretty busy schedule doing a rotating day/ night with some weekend schedule. I still have some friends living in the area I know from school, but with my schedule it can be difficult to meet new people. I just think it'd be nice to meet someone that i could hang out with and spend time with aside from work and friends that can make me laugh and just have a good time with. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I like going out to bars/clubs or dinner and movies, or even just staying in and relaxing for a night/day after working a long 12 hr shift. Sometimes when its nice out I like to get outside and go hiking or go to the beach too, and I enjoy being somewhat spontaneous, so I'm good with just kinda going with the flow.
