A little about me, I was born and raised on the SF Peninsula and currently live in San Carlos. I’ve recently switched jobs after 8 years at the same company. I felt it was a good time for change in my life. Along with switching jobs I’ve decided to give online dating a try. I have heard many good success stories and figured why not? But still skeptical.
I’m a big sports fan; I love the Giants and 49ers!! I’ve played golf since I was 6 years old and love getting out and just hitting balls once in a while. I love all music from standards, hip hop, country, rap, 50's, 60's, Disco, and of course 80's (my favorite is Eddie Money!!) and love plenty of the music of today. I enjoy hanging out with good friends; it can be either sitting at a dive bar, going to a club, a live concert or in the living room with a funny movie on. I’m not afraid to hit the town by myself, I think it’s fun to meet new people, and some great fun stories come out from some of those unexpected nights out. I have a very fun and friendly personality and feel I've very approachable. I can carry conversations and getting to know someone. I like to think I wear my heart on my sleeve. I’m usually never in a bad mood, life is too short to sweat the small stuff.
I don’t really have a “physical type” that I’m attracted to. I tend to find something beautiful about everyone. Personality is where we click or not. I like someone who is fun, who is a guy’s girl but knows how to be a girly girl, who doesn’t have too many “quirks” although some of those can be cute. Someone who likes to play sports or watch a ballgame goes a long way. I need someone who values family. My parents have been married for over 40 years and I feel that they have given me a good foundation of what a hardworking, loving relationship can be. I like to cook, eat meat and drink wine and cocktails.
Some of my quirks are; I don't like left over's unless it's pasta or pizza, I don't like spicy/hot food, I don't like beans unless they are in a burrito and I can't see them. I don't like raw onions. I am constalty changing the channel on TV commercials. I constantly change the radio station in the car until I find a song I like, and will sing along and play the drums on my stearing wheel. I never know what I want to eat for lunch or dinner... so my response is ususally "whatever you want" it's not me being a smart ass.. I'll just find something on the menu once we're there.
Thanks for reading this far down. I'm new to this site and feel it's like sending your resume to companies on Craigslist and they dissapear into a black hole.
